About Me

With a background in business management and customer service, Beth Ann McFadyen first began her career in the real estate arena in the Relocation & Referral Division of Michael Saunders & Company, where she excelled in providing excellent customer service for over eight years. During this time, Beth Ann earned the highly regarded Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and was awarded the prestigious President’s Service Award for her contributions to Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, our national and international network of the best independent brokers in the business. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Beth Ann worked as a Personal Licensed Assistant to a top-producing agent with the Michael Saunders & Company Lakewood Ranch office, where she learned the nuances of being a successful agent and the diligence required to serve her clients in the best manner possible. Growing her career with Michael Saunders & Company was a natural progression for Beth Ann, as she feels this company offers the best real estate services in the area.

Beth Ann specializes in residential properties located in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and University Park. In her spare time, enjoys reading, puzzles, cooking and relaxing with her family. Beth Ann is an alumni of Sarasota High School, State College of Florida and has been an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Sarasota for over 40 years.
